New Employee – Pathway Development Officer

Softball SA is pleased to announce that Ben Lucas has been appointed to the role of Pathways Development Officer (PDO).

This part-time position is responsible for overseeing the Dragons program which develops pathways for players and coaches of all levels in order to improve on-field performance and the overall results of all our representative teams here in South Australia.

Ben is a great fit for this role as he holds a Bachelor of Sport, Health and Physical Activity and is currently studying a Masters in High Performance Sport. He also brings experience as the High Performance Manager of the South Adelaide Football Club (after serving as a strength and conditioning coach for a year), has been a South Australian softball representative as both a player and a coach and has been a part of the Dragons program as a coach over the last off-season.
